1) What do I need to bring with me? 
for your first lesson, we ask that you bring a bottle of water/sports drink and a small towel. We have some sanitised gloves that you can use. Please wear suitable clothing for a high intensity exercise the same as you would for any exercise class

2) Where do I park? 
There is no shortage of parking near to the gym. You will be given directions prior to attending your first session. 

3) Do I need to be fit, to start training? 
Not at all. We welcome any fitness abilities and ages. It is our job to get you fit. 

4) Do you take card payments?
Unfortunately not, we welcome bank transfers or cash for payments. 

5) What do you do in a typical Muaythai class?
Our training is varied and no two classes are the same, we do have a standard format in terms of warm up and structure though. All classes begin with a warm up and dynamic stretch, we then use the traditional Thai training methods of Shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, partner drills, sparring and clinch work.

6) What do you do in a typical Circuit Class?
The circuit classes are very varied but are designed to improve overall physical fitness. All areas of fitness are covered from strength, stability, muscular endurance, mobility and cardio.

7) Where do I buy equipment from? 
Please see your instructor for advice on what equipment to buy. We have trade accounts with top suppliers and can get you equipment at a big discount.
